Welcome to SaveDealy. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://savedealy.com/ (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What SaveDealy Is
SaveDealy is an informational website that publishes coupon codes, promotional codes, discounts and deals offered by third-party retailers.
SaveDealy is not a retailer. We do not sell products or services, we do not process payments, we do not ship goods, and we are not party to any transaction between you and a merchant. All purchases take place on the merchant’s own website and are subject to that merchant’s terms, pricing, and policies.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accuracy of Offers
We make reasonable efforts to keep the offers listed on the Site accurate and current. However, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Merchants may modify, suspend or terminate a promotion at any time without notice to us.
- Offers may be limited by product, quantity, region, order value, customer type or time period.
- A code that worked previously may stop working without warning.
- Discount values shown are those advertised by the merchant and may not apply to every item.
We do not warrant that any coupon code, discount or offer listed on the Site will be valid, available or applicable to your order. Always review the merchant’s terms before completing a purchase.
4. Affiliate Relationships
SaveDealy participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means we may receive a commission when you click certain links on the Site and complete a qualifying purchase with a merchant. This comes at no additional cost to you and does not affect the price you pay.

5. Acceptable Use

All brand names, trademarks, logos and product names referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Their use on SaveDealy is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those trademark holders unless expressly stated.

The Site contains links to third-party websites operated by merchants and other parties. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, products, pricing, availability, privacy practices or the way they handle your data.
Once you leave SaveDealy, these Terms no longer apply. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policy of any website you visit.
8. No Warranty
The Site and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SaveDealy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — including but not limited to:
- A coupon code that fails to apply or produces a smaller discount than expected;
- A merchant’s cancellation, modification or refusal of an order;
- Any dispute between you and a merchant regarding products, delivery, refunds or customer service;
- Any interruption, error or inaccuracy on the Site.
Because we are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant, any dispute concerning a purchase must be resolved directly with that merchant.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaveDealy and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
